SHIPPING

Where do you ship?

We currently ship door to door via DHL to the United States, Canada, Australia, the UK, the EU, Sub-Saharan Africa and the Middle East. Orders typically take 5 - 7 working days to fulfil and you shall be provided with a tracking number as soon as your order is processed.   

We also offer door to door courier service for all local orders in South Africa. 

How long will it take to get my order?

Our DHL door to door service on international orders typically takes 5 - 7 working days. 

 

Our door to door courier service on all orders in South Africa will arrive within 3 - 5 business days. 

How much does shipping cost?

We offer FREE shipping for all local orders over R600. Orders below R600 cost a flat rate of R85. (Rates applicable only in South Africa).

International Shipping rates are calculated per weight of item and region. The cost of shipping will be calculated as you check out. 

PAYMENT & ORDERS

What payment methods do you accept? 

We accept both local and international payments via the secure payment platform YOCO and direct EFT transfers. Once orders have been placed in our online store, you shall automatically receive a YOCO payment link where you can pay securely via debit or credit card of your choice. Should you prefer to pay via EFT in South Africa, we will also send you our details to facilitate this. 

Can I cancel or change my order?

We ask that you carefully check all details and the shipping address when you place your order. If you need to make any amendments, you need to contact us within 12 hours of placing the order. We will not be able to redirect your order once it has been dispatched.

Do you have a reuturn policy?

We are unable to accept returns due to the organic and sensitive nature of our products. 

PRODUCTS

Are your products organic? 

All of our products are made only with certified organic or organically-grown ingredients. Our entire range is vegan, cruelty free and we do not use any Parabens, synthetic fragrances, silicones or mineral oils.

What is the shelf life of your products?

Our products are all natural and typically have a shelf life of 12 - 24 months. We do however recommend you use our face and body oils within 6 months from opening, for optimum freshness. Please also store all products out of direct sunlight and heat. Avoid getting water into open bottles and jars in order to preserve their efficacy.

Why are your face masks in powdered form?

There are a few reasons our masks come as a powder:

  • Firstly, in powder form, there's no need for preservatives or harmful chemicals, which is a win for your skin.

  • Secondly, powdered masks have a long shelf life. You can keep using them for up to two years without having to worry about ingredients going bad or losing their benefits. 

  • Thirdly, you can customise and activate your mask with your liquid of choice. Instead of water, try using yogurt, honey, rosewater, milk or green tea to add even more skin loving benefits to your mask. The choice is yours!
